DOQ Series electric actuators are a kind of important field control devices used for auto-control system. As they use the direct-coupled structures, they can be easily matched with rotary valves (such as butterfly valves, ball valves and plug valves) and dampers. Their output angle displacement is 0~110° or other angles, and they can be widely applied in power station, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, hydraulic engineering, machinery, light industry, fire protection, environmental protection and other industrial sectors. DOQ Series electric actuators are characterized by simple design, compact structure and wide varieties (8 models), which are capable of providing the most reasonable solution in the range of output torques from 60N.m to 1000N.m.
This electric actuator series is of smart type, which can add options according to user requirements; that is to say, various functional configurations can be added to meet various control requirements in the industrial process. Their standard housings and boxes have been phosphatized and coated, so they can be adapted to corrosive working environments. The flame-proof product with the explosion-proof and pressure-proof structure, which is provided by means of options, can be suitable for some dangerous working environment such as Zone 1 and 2 of explosive mixtures of Grade T1-T4of Class IIA and IIB.
Some information is displayed on the LCD screen in real time according to specific working condition, including the opening degree of valve, alarm information and limit positions for opening and closing of the indicating valves for LED lighting tubes with high brightness.
The remote switch signals can be controlled (The remote 4~20mA current signal control can be selected), and the knobs can be operated on site to adjust the position of the valve.
The relay contact output is used to indicate the opening and closing limit positions of valve and fault alarm (The 4~20mA current signal output can be selected to reflect the opening degree of valve).
◆Debugging without uncovering
The setting of working parameters and debugging of valve opening and closing limit positions can be completed by operating the knob. As there is no need to uncover the electric cover, harmful substances in the environment such as dust and moisture cannot enter the inside of the actuator, greatly improving the reliability of electrical control.
◆ High intelligence
The man-machine conversation function and the use of new SOC chips for electrical control enable the actuators to be highly intelligent.
As their housings and boxes made of aluminum alloy have been phosphatized and coated on the surface, they have strong anti-corrosion ability. The stationary fit part is equipped with an O-ring; the movable fit part is equipped with a box with the framework oil seal of up to IP68 protection grade. The optional explosion-proof box can be suitable for some dangerous working environment such as Zone 1 and 2 of explosive mixtures of Grade T1-T4of Class IIA and IIB.
◆High efficiency and low noise
They have precision worm gears and worm reducers, which have the advantages of small clearance, high efficiency, low noise (50 decibels at the maximum) and long life.
The self-locking functions of worm gear and worm shaft help prevent the actuator from rotate reversely in the event of a power failure or signal interruption.
◆ Automatic reset of clutch
They have unique manual/automatic switching mechanisms. As for manual operation, it is achieved by pulling the clutch to separate from the handle. Once the motor starts after receiving an electrical signal, the clutch can automatically reset and make the actuator to return to the automatic state.
◆Operating hand wheel
The hand wheel has the appropriate size, which can ensure the safety and least effort in manual operation.
◆ Characteristics of the motor
The single-phase or three-phase fully-closed squirrel-cage induction motor, which is configured according to the power supply requirements, has a huge starting torque and a small moment of inertia.
◆Convenient and fast wiring
The actuator is wired through using the plug and socket. As the external wiring is connected to the plug, the actuator can be removed only by simply unplugging the plug.
The plug is waterproof and explosion-proof, which can effectively avoid errors in rewiring in the maintenance.
◆Absolute encoding position sensor
For the smart rotary electric actuator, an absolute encoding position sensor can be selected for matching. This sensor uses non-contact measurement, which has extremely high measurement accuracy and extremely long service life.
